Ticket costs are as follows, costs are in USD: 

General Admission (Friday-Saturday ONLY) - $100 

Tea Party (Sunday) - $60 

VIP Admission (Friday-Sunday) - $250 

General admission includes access to all events on Friday and Saturday. Tea party tickets for Sunday are sold separately. The VIP package includes general admission, tea party admission, early event entry, early vendor access, and a goodie bag. 

You must be 18 years of age or older to attend this event. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted at this event.

What payment methods are accepted?

Eventbrite accepts Credit/Debit card, Paypal, and Paypal Pay in 4.

Are tickets refundable? How can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate refunds at this time. Tickets may be transferred to another person, however, using Eventbrite. Please see more information on Eventbrite’s website here. 

Why am I being asked to provide my legal name?

As part of our commitment to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, we kindly request that you ensure you have a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g driver's license, passport, or national ID card) available for verification purposes. Attendees will not be required to use their legal name on their badge, IDs will be used for identity verification purposes only. Attendees who are unable to provide the required documentation will not be able to collect their event badge. Please visit our website for more detailed information.

How can I submit my proof of vaccination?

To submit your proof of vaccination in advance of the event, please email a copy to roseforetco@gmail.com with the name you have used to purchase your ticket in the email subject line. Otherwise, please bring a digital or physical copy of your vaccination record and present it at the registration table.

Attendees are required to have the newest 2023-2024 COVID vaccine. The 2023-2024 COVID-19 vaccines that are currently available are manufactured by Moderna, Pfizer, and Novavax.

Why do I need to show proof of vaccination? 

Some members of the J-Fashion community are immunocompromised, and we want to give them a chance to attend the event comfortably. We reserve the right to update our COVID-19 policy given changes in Colorado Department of Public Health guidelines. 

Are masks required at La Vie En Rosé?

No, masks are not required. Attendees are only required to show proof that they have the newest 2023-2024 COVID vaccine.

Can I wear a mask at La Vie En Rosé?

Yes, attendees are allowed to wear masks at the event. However, you may be asked to remove it briefly for identification purposes. Alcohol will be optional at some areas of the event. You will legally be required to show your ID if you wish to consume any alcohol.

Will you have food options for vegan/gluten free/(my dietary restriction)?

During the registration process, you will have a chance to provide us with any dietary restrictions and allergies that we need to know about. We are already making sure there will be plenty of vegan and gluten-free options.

Why do attendees need to be 18+ to attend? 

This policy ensures a secure environment for all participants and provides assurance in case there are environments or activities that pose potential risks to minors. By restricting attendance to adults, we are prioritizing the safety of all attendees. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
